英语语言文学专业硕士研究生培养方案

一、学科简介

英语语言文学是外国语言文学下属的一个二级学科。英语语言文学是我国设置最早的外语专业之一。研究方向包括英国文学、美国文学和英美文化。本专业对英美文学的研究呈现出许多新的趋势和特点，如由描绘性研究深化为理论性研究，由局部性、特殊性、孤立性研究深化为全局性、普遍性、比较性研究，由形式结构研究转化为功能应用研究，由单一性研究演变为交叉性、综合性研究，且研究面越来越广，同时越来越紧密地将语言学、文学、翻译学、哲学、美学、社会学、心理学、人类学等学科有机地结合在一起。
